1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Questor ("the Platform") at questor.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Questor. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Coins and Purchases

• Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively on the Questor platform
• Coins are purchased with real money and are non-refundable once used
• Coins have no cash value outside of the Platform
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and packages at any time
• Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely unless your account is terminated

5. Lottery Sessions

• Lottery sessions are created by creators and entries are made using coins
• Winners are selected randomly through our automated drawing system
• Entering a lottery does not guarantee winning
• Creators set their own session schedules and availability
• Questor is not responsible if a creator cancels or reschedules a session
• Questor is not a gambling platform — no real-money prizes are awarded to lottery winners

6. Creator Accounts

• Creators must link a valid YouTube, Twitch, or Kick channel
• Creators earn revenue from lottery entries to their sessions
• Payouts are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• Creators are responsible for fulfilling gaming sessions with winners
• We reserve the right to remove creators who repeatedly fail to honor sessions

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in lotteries
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the lottery system
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious content, spam, or inappropriate material

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on the Questor platform are owned by Questor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Questor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused coins in a terminated account may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
